The company specializes in roof replacement, repair, maintenance, ventilation, and new construction, with a strong reputation built over decades in the Miami market. Istueta Roofing is hiring a Roof Sales Representative (Inspector) for an in-home sales role serving South Florida homeowners. This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking job. You will meet with qualified leads, inspect roofs, educate homeowners, present solutions, and close deals. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys face-to-face selling, values a structured process, and wants strong income potential in a growing company.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience required
  • Able to lift and carry a ladder, including lifting approximately 40-60 pounds
  • Availability for scheduled customer appointments, typically at 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m., with Saturday appointments at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
  • Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check and motor vehicle record review, consistent with applicable laws

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home roof inspections, including attic, exterior, and roof evaluations
  • Capture photos and videos of roofing conditions
  • Educate homeowners on roofing issues and replacement needs
  • Present tailored roofing solutions and close sales
  • Build and manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Follow the company sales systems, training, and appointment process
  • Attend office-based training during the initial onboarding period
