About The Position

P&A Roofing is looking for motivated, experienced Roofing Sales Representatives ready to take control of their income and build a successful career with 100% uncapped commission. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You control your schedule, your effort, and your earning potential.

Requirements

• Roofing sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and driven to earn
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Competitive mindset and ability to handle rejection

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and identify roofing needs
• Present solutions and close deals
• Manage your sales pipeline from start to finish
• Work with homeowners through the insurance or retail process
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Partner with our team to ensure successful project completion
