Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in roofing repair and installation.
Strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
Gutter repair experience
Window and door repair experience
Ability to diagnose roofing issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on rooftops safely.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

Inspect and assess roofs to identify damage or issues that require repair.
Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide accurate estimates.
Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
