About The Position

Royalty Roofing is looking for experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our elite team. We offer year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values your skills without the grueling 12-hour days under the sun. This position involves diagnosing and repairing roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings, performing siding and gutter repairs, using a metal brake for trim and fascia work, and installing and repairing windows and skylights. The role requires taking job photos and documentation, ensuring installations meet code and manufacturer specifications, and picking up/returning jobsite materials. The work area starts and finishes at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop, and pay is shop-to-shop, covering the entire workday.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates
• Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs
• Solid experience with roof leak diagnosis & repairs
• Solid experience with roofing installation (all major systems)
• Solid experience with siding installation & repair
• Solid experience with windows and skylight installs
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season

Nice To Haves

• Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus
