About The Position
Working alongside the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Supervisor who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality. This role involves overseeing all Roof Garden operations, with a primary focus on delivering an elevated poolside experience that ensures exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and supervise pool servers, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and hospitality. This position requires anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns promptly and discreetly, and coordinating VIP arrivals and private cabana reservations to create seamless poolside experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service or pool operation in a luxury hospitality setting
- Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Server certificates
- US work authorization
