Roof Field Project Manager

About The Position

Trinity Total Home is looking for a hands-on Roofing Field Project Manager who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and knows how to keep projects—and people—moving. In this role, you’ll be the face of Trinity Total Home on installation day, leading residential roofing projects from crew arrival through the final homeowner walk-through. You’ll manage subcontractor crews, solve problems in real time, ensure exceptional workmanship, and make sure every customer feels confident they chose the right company for their home. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys running the job, not sitting behind a desk. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions in the field, the support of an experienced team behind you, and the opportunity to help shape our roofing operation as Trinity Total Home continues to grow. Success in this role is straightforward: safe jobs, quality installations, happy homeowners, strong crews, and projects completed on time.
