About The Position

Performs mechanical and hydraulic inspections, diagnosis and corrective actions autonomously, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures and best practices, complying with defined quality standards.

Requirements

Inspects, diagnoses and performs mechanic and hydraulic repairs and replacements autonomously.
Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
Makes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.
Performs mechanic and hydraulic activities such as equipment alignments, valves settings and maintenance or 5 senses' inspections.
Disassembles and assembles mechanical components.
Executes maintenance plans.
Interprets technical drawing.
Carries out equipment oiling and centralized lubrication control.
Operates welding equipment under supervision.
Executes machine lock outs and tag outs.
Verifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.

Maintain a clean and ordered workplace.
Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.
