About The Position
Work as part of the asphalt paving team operating equipment and other related support functions. The ideal candidate would have experience operating a roller, skid steer, power broom, backhoe, and sweeper truck. Typical work conditions are in an outside environment with temperatures that may exceed 100 degrees in the Summer.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work a 12-hour day/shift including some nights and weekends
- Ability and willingness to walk, stand for long periods of time
- Ability and willingness to perform strenuous physical labor including lifting items at least as heavy as 50 pounds
- Ability and willingness to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Transportation to and from a job site in Central, Arkansas
- Valid driver license
