About The Position

Ledcor Highways Construction is seeking a safety-conscious Roller Operator with previous experience to join their team. The role involves operating various models of rollers on highway construction projects across Alberta. The ideal candidate is a team player who prioritizes the well-being of others and is willing to assist where needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Roller operator on Highway Construction projects
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Nice To Haves

• Preference for candidates with an RV or trailer, as camp areas with hookups will be provided

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate various sizes and models of rollers
• Communicate and work along other equipment operators
• Use knowledge on effectively and efficiently compacting material
• Perform routine equipment maintenance
