About The Position

B.H. Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT is looking to hire a full-time experienced Roller Operator to join our utility construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of equipment. This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility. As an experienced Roller Operator, you will earn $25 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start, paid weekly. The schedule for this position varies but is typically Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). Requirements

Good experience with construction practices.
Proven ability to safely operate Rollers and various other heavy equipment.
Strong commitment to safety.
3 years of Roller Operating Experience.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

Safe and precise operation of equipment.
