About The Position

The Roller Assembler completes assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures. The role involves assembling products based on drawings and supervisor instructions, inspecting work for quality and compliance, and recording assembly status using a computer. The position is full-time, second shift, Monday through Friday, from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime and assigned shifts may be required as needed. The employee works indoors in manufacturing conditions and must be able to read exact measurements on a tape measure without assistance.

Requirements

At least 1 year of machine assembly experience.
Ability to read exact measurements on a tape measure without assistance.
Ability to read and understand complex assembly drawings and blueprints.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques.
Good verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Team orientation.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
