About The Position
Tri-State Recovery is currently hiring a motivated and dependable Rollback Driver to join our recovery team. This position primarily works nights and requires someone who is flexible, reliable, and ready to move when assignments come in. This is not a basic driving position. We are looking for someone who can handle fast-paced work, stay alert, operate safely under pressure, and represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work nights and remain flexible with scheduling
- Must be physically capable of handling demanding field work
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must be able to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Nice To Haves
- Rollback/towing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Driver transports
- Voluntary surrenders
- Impound recoveries
- Assisting field operations as needed
- Loading, securing, and transporting vehicles safely
- Maintaining communication with the office and management team
- Completing required photos, paperwork, and updates
