About The Position
Waste Connections has a Roll Off Driver position open to work at our hauling site in South Austin, Texas. This role involves Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday, starting at 5:00 AM and working a 10+ hour shift. The company offers year-round steady work and opportunities for promotion into other routes with patience and hard work.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive a roll-off truck to transport waste containers.
- Operate a roll-off truck in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
