Requirements

  • Valid Class A or B CDL
  • Clean driving record
  • 2+ years of local driving experience (roll‑off experience preferred)
  • Strong safety focus and reliability
  • Comfort working independently in a production‑driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Roll-off experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a roll‑off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers
  • Deliver, swap, and remove open‑top containers and compactors
  • Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions
  • Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
  • Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely
  • Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
  • Complete other job‑related duties as needed
