About The Position

Recycling Services of Florida, Inc is seeking Commercial Recycling and Waste Drivers for their Clearwater location. This is a "Green" job in environmental services, with the company operating its own recovery facility for recyclable products. The role involves collecting and removing waste/recyclable materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites and transporting them to local company-owned recycling facilities and nearby energy recovery facilities. The position is full-time with competitive wages and benefits. All runs are local, ensuring drivers are home every night.

Requirements

Class A or Class B CDL driving experience: 2 years (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of Roll off experience (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of Frontload experience (Required)
Minimum of 23 years of age
Ability to drive and licensed for standard and automatic transmission
Clean MVR
Current DOT card helpful
Front-end loader and Hook Lift or cable experience

Nice To Haves

CDL Class A license (preferred)
No Moving Violations in the Past: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Collecting and removing waste/recyclable materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Transporting materials to company-owned recycling facilities and nearby energy recovery facilities.
Operating and maintaining vehicles safely and productively according to all federal, state, local, company, DOT and OSHA regulations and standards.
Completing required paperwork daily.
Participating in required meetings.
Interacting with customers, the public, and company personnel in a courteous and customer-service friendly manner.
Performing physical labor including lifting, bending, and climbing.
