Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of Roll-Off driving experience is required.
• 5+ years experience operating a dump truck and/ or tri-axle truck is required
• Valid DZ License for at least 3 years (required)
• Clean driver’s abstract and solid safety record
• Strong knowledge of MTO compliance, CVOR, load securement, and daily inspections
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined with a keen eye for vehicle performance
• Reliable transportation to our yard (not accessible by public transit)

Responsibilities

• Deliver, swap, and empty roll-off bins at customer sites
• Comfortable with operating a pub trailer
• Secure all loads in compliance with legal and safety standards
• Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
• Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and operations staff
• Represent CFT Recycling with professionalism and respect on every job site
• Keep your truck clean, roadworthy, and safe at all times
• Use sound judgment to spot and report maintenance issues early
• Follow all MTO regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols
• Basic truck maintenance (Ex. greasing truck)
