Requirements

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Roll-off experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Operate a Roll-Off truck on local routes
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers safely
• Transport recyclable materials to regional facilities
• Perform loading/unloading and secure containers properly
• Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance
• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and management
