About The Position

Great Waste, a Waste Connections company, is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Roll Off Truck Drivers for their Opa Locka location. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves operating a roll-off truck on assigned routes, loading and dumping waste containers, performing daily vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. Excellent service is expected for both residential and commercial customers.

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Class A or B CDL License
• No Restrictions on License (Must drive BOTH Automatic & Manual)
• 2+ years of CDL Driving Experience (Roll Off)
• Clean Driving Record
• Solid work ethic & ability to thrive in a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate a Roll Off Truck safely on assigned routes
• Follow route sheets or dispatcher instructions
• Load, transport, and dump waste containers at disposal sites
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment)
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Provide excellent service to Residential and Commercial customers
