About The Position

Intonu.com is a metals recycling company founded in 2009, located on the west side of Atlanta, and has grown to be one of the leading recyclers in the Southeastern United States. We are currently seeking a Rolloff Truck Driver to join our growing team. We participate in E Verify and require PPE. All DOT requirements must be met.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
Lift 50-75 lbs
Class A or B License
Clean Clearinghouse, minimal violations on MVR and PSP
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon hire
Must be able to participate in the E-Verification process

Responsibilities

Deliver roll-off containers when they are empty and take them for disposal when they’re full
Responsible for preparing and securing containers to various sites
Drive truck to destination according to designated route
Safely operate the truck
Follow all state and local traffic laws
Inspect truck for defects before, during and after trips and report any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor
Inspect loads prior to departing to ensure materials are properly loaded
Must be able to drop and spot trailers on finished goods lot
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition
Perform record keeping as needed for the role
Ensure all safety measures are taken while at the company site, customers site and on the road
