About The Position

Reporting directly to the Rolex Fifth Avenue Flagship Vice President, General Manager, the Rolex Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences that elevate product expertise, client experience, service excellence, and operational performance. This role partners closely with Store Leadership across all niches from Retail through After Sales Service and Bucherer Corporate Learning & Development to onboard new hires, reinforce brand standards, provide in-the-moment coaching, and cultivate a culture of continuous development that drives exceptional client experiences and business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training, facilitation, or education
  • Luxury retail or watchmaking experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of luxury brands and the watch industry, with a passion for horology
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across corporate and retail environments
  • Highly engaging facilitator with the ability to motivate diverse audiences
  • Passion for client experience, luxury retail, and talent development
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to upholding brand excellence
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience developing training programs for both retail and corporate populations
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach leaders and teams to drive performance and behavioral change
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively across varying audiences and levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design and execute sales development programs that accelerate onboarding and drive new hire productivity
  • Deliver engaging, instructor-led training on client experience, brand heritage, storytelling, product knowledge, soft skills, and culture
  • Facilitate workshops, role plays, simulations, and interactive learning experiences in partnership with the Director of L&D
  • Support and reinforce the Train-the-Trainer program to ensure consistency and scalability of learning initiatives
  • Conduct in-store coaching and observation sessions to reinforce learning and provide real-time, actionable feedback
  • Develop managers’ ability to coach, motivate, and elevate team performance, including supporting underperforming employees
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence across all levels of the organization
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership, Bucherer corporate partners, and the Rolex training team
  • Collaborate with the Director of L&D to design and deploy innovative training strategies and tools
  • Align training programs with brand standards, business goals, and evolving market needs
  • Track training participation, completion, and effectiveness through data, reporting, and learning metrics
  • Leverage analytics with store leaders to evaluate impact and continuously refine training strategies
  • Support management of the Mystery Shop program, analyze results, and implement targeted training solutions
  • Develop methods to measure ROI of training initiatives and apply insights to future programming
  • Maintain a forward-looking mindset, continuously assessing competitive trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
