We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s as they continue to expand their Rolex team at their Galleria location in Dallas. Requirements

Rolex sales experience required
Exceptional presentation and communication skills required
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with luxury clientele required
Ability to work weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and deliver an elevated luxury experience
Discover customer needs through a consultative sales approach
Educate clients on Rolex timepieces, craftsmanship, and product offerings
Maintain knowledge of current product availability and recommend appropriate timepieces
Foster repeat business through exceptional customer service and client follow up
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
Maintain a polished, organized showroom that reflects Rolex brand standards
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and luxury sales training
Achieve individual and store goals for sales, client development, and customer acquisition
