About The Position
Portray opposing forces, guerillas, and host nation personnel during field training exercises, delivering reactive, realistic role play that adapts to each student's performance.
Requirements
- Understand the scenario, intent, mechanics, and flow of each exercise
- Able to perform under field conditions for extended periods
- United States citizen or legally documented alien without adverse background information
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Pass E-Verify and the Government counterintelligence-focused security review; medically fit for field conditions
Responsibilities
- Portray OPFOR, guerilla, or host nation roles per the scenario.
- React to a wide variety of student responses and adjust appropriately.
- Support consecutive or non-consecutive multi-day field exercises.
