About The Position

This is a specialized frontline Team Leader role that combines operational oversight with technical expertise to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. This position serves as a key link between frontline employees and management, requiring both hands-on technical skills and strong leadership abilities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick, data-driven decision-making and root-cause analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of equipment, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to manage workflows, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Basic Math & Data Entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key link between frontline employees and management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.
• Guide diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, safety concerns, and quality issues.
• Enforce PPE requirements, safety policies, and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Track production metrics, complete accurate data entry, and support reporting and performance monitoring.
