About The Position

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused operators to support site development, mass excavation and earthmoving activities on a large-scale civil construction project. Successful candidates will operate 40-ton rock trucks while working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced earthworks environment. Join the True Blue Ledcor team in Northern Saskatchewan!

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating rock trucks, haul trucks, or similar heavy equipment in a construction, mining or earthworks environment
• Strong understanding of safe hauling, loading, dumping, and traffic management practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity
• Valid Class 3 Driver's Licence (preferred) with a satisfactory 3-year driver's abstract
• CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certification
• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Nice To Haves

• Ground Disturbance Level II certification is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 40T rock trucks in accordance with project requirements and Ledcor safety standards
• Haul soil, aggregates, rock, and other materials throughout the project site
• Complete pre-trip inspections, daily equipment reports, and required documentation
• Follow designated haul routes, traffic management plans, and site procedures
• Work closely with excavator, loader, dozer, and grader operators to support production targets
• Maintain awareness of site hazards, changing ground conditions, and other equipment operating in the area
• Identify and report equipment deficiencies or maintenance concerns
• Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements
