About The Position

Symbotic is seeking a new graduate from an accredited University for the role of Robotics Systems Analyst. This position is part of an established team where new grads will work on solutions and problem-solve on real projects. The role offers extensive training and mentorship from leaders, encouraging new grads to leverage their unique ideas and perspectives. Symbotic's A.I.-powered robotic technology platform is changing the way consumer goods move through the supply chain, with intelligent software orchestrating advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system to reinvent warehouse automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter individuals ready to take on increased amounts of responsibility in an extremely fast paced role.
  • A willingness to learn a deeper level of knowledge of all aspects of a complex system.
  • Excellent team player, able to work professionally with members of various engineering teams.
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • Must comply with all safety requirements and protocols, including without limitation Lock out tag out safety protocols and fall protection safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading bot system performance analysis in support of improving Bot system rate.
  • Identifying and documenting bot system defects to ensure improvement actions.
  • Communicating and collaborating with technical and development teams to develop bot system defect solutions.
  • Enter and update tickets via Jira, stakeholders via email threads, or commentary on Confluence.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Driving and maintaining a professional teamwork environment and being an excellent team player while working with various members of the engineering and on-site teams.
