About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Solutions Architect to define end-to-end robotics system architectures. This role involves designing full-stack robotics architectures that span sensors, perception, localization, planning, control, and actuation. You will be responsible for designing Sense–Think–Act pipelines with strict latency and determinism constraints, and evaluating hardware/software partitioning, particularly the mapping between CPU, GPU, and FPGA. A key part of this role is leading technical engagements with robotics customers, translating their requirements into architecture proposals and solution roadmaps. This includes delivering technical presentations, executive briefings, system-level design recommendations, and competitive positioning against alternatives. You will also drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development to validate architecture and performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to build demos. Furthermore, you will analyze robotics market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to define the robotics solution stack (hardware + software + middleware), develop reference architectures for key segments, and contribute to white papers, technical blogs, and training materials.

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in robotics, AI systems, or solutions architecture.
  • Strong expertise in one or more domains: Robotics systems and AI/ML for robotics.
  • Experience with ROS / ROS2.
  • Experience with Real-time control systems and deterministic processing.
  • Experience with E2E robotics control loop architecture.
  • Experience with World modeling and point cloud generation.
  • Experience with Motion planning.
  • Experience with Physical AI SDK.
  • Familiarity with Sensor fusion, localization, motion planning, control loops.
  • Familiarity with VLA and VLM models.
  • Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice To Haves

  • FPGA platforms (RTL, HLS)
