About The Position

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their robotics workflows, technical needs, and deployment goals. The architect will design tailored solution architectures across various aspects of robotics development, including data collection, simulation, synthetic data, and evaluation workflows. A key part of the role is translating customer requirements into clear technical plans and implementation strategies, and partnering with internal engineering and product teams to deliver customer-facing solutions. The individual will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey and contribute to shaping repeatable solution playbooks for robotics and embodied AI use cases.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, robotics systems, or AI infrastructure
• Hands-on understanding of robotics systems, embodied AI workflows, or simulation-based development
• Strong ability to break down complex customer needs and turn them into practical technical solutions
• Comfortable with Python, scripting, or simulation tools; this is not a heavy coding role, but technical fluency is important
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with both customer technical teams and internal engineering teams

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus
