About The Position

We are seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to help build the infrastructure, testing frameworks, and system integration tools that support advanced robotics and intelligent technologies operating in real-world environments. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software infrastructure, automation tools, backend systems, and integration workflows supporting robotics and engineering platforms. Performance expectations are based on the timely completion of assigned engineering projects, coding tasks, system improvements, code reviews, testing activities, and collaboration with team members. Productivity expectations may vary depending on project scope, complexity, and business needs. Work is expected to be completed within project timelines, sprint goals, and deadlines established by management.

Requirements

Strong C++ development experience
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines
Strong backend engineering fundamentals
System design and software architecture experience
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments

Nice To Haves

ROS / ROS2 experience
Robotics, embedded systems, or hardware integration experience
Python scripting and automation
Familiarity with Go or Node.js

Responsibilities

Build and maintain software infrastructure supporting testing, validation, and system integration efforts
Support and maintain robotics integration and testing environments, including ROS-based workflows
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation, reliability, and deployment workflows
Support software and hardware integration across complex systems
Contribute to backend services, tooling, and platform capabilities used by engineering teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
