Your Role at Baxter This is where my hands make life-sustaining products The Robotics Lead Technician is responsible for programming robot weld machines and other programmable equipment. Provides the technical expertise required for integration, programming, assistance and service of robotic cells, including planning/writing of programming code as necessary, to ensure the end product meets functional goals expected of the product on required schedules. This position reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Weld/Paint. Your Team You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes Production, Maintenance, Quality, Tooling, Engineering, and Project Management. Together, you'll work to optimize manufacturing processes, solve technical challenges, improve product quality, reduce downtime, and successfully launch new products and technologies. Your expertise in robotics and automation will play a key role in keeping operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
