About The Position

We're hiring a Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded parts. We're looking for someone with welding or manufacturing experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. No robotic welding experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Previous welding or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player, eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Robotic welding experience a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding machines and related equipment
• Load and unload parts into welding fixtures
• Monitor weld quality and perform visual inspections
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report as needed
• Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as required
• Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area
• Consistently meet production and quality goals
