About The Position

This position will be responsible for operating robotic welders to produce quality parts. The role involves setting up jobs by gathering fixtures and components, locating the correct program on the teach pendant, loading and securing fixtures and components onto the robot's table (manually or using a hoist/fork truck), and visually checking points of contact. The Robotic Welder will operate robotic welders by continuously loading components onto the fixture, operating controls, adjusting the machine, and monitoring robot functioning. Additionally, the role requires grinding parts per print specifications, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, meeting production goals, maintaining a professional company image, and productively participating in a Continuous Improvement work environment. Other duties may be assigned.
