About The Position

As Robotic Process Automation Advisor, you’ll assist with the analysis, improvement and development of processes to be automated. You’ll play an advisory role and provide support to various business segments. Your work will help improve operational efficiency and modernize activities in these segments. Specifically, you’ll help business lines automate their processes using robotic process automation (RPA) technology. You’ll also provide support to help these partners adopt and use this technology as part of their work. You’ll work with a team dedicated to facilitating and managing these deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Experience in continuous improvement and process mapping
• Experience with automation and robotic process automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath or other)
• Experience in an advisory role
• Programming experience
• Knowledge of French is require
• Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Proficiency in Excel (use of advanced VBA macros)
• Knowledge of DMAAC/Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and work with various partners to understand their automation needs
• Map processes and document functional requirements
• Design automation solutions tailored to identified needs
• Develop automation using the Blue Prism robotic automation platform
• Test developed solutions to ensure they function properly
• Coordinate the deployment of RPA solutions and provide technical support.
