About The Position

The Robotic Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the on-site cleaning robots and working alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks. This role involves operating 3 cleaning robot units at nearby buildings, performing routine maintenance and inspections, training other robotic operators, reporting issues, and presenting a professional attitude to clients and personnel. The position also requires ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), respecting company and client property, and growing with the company as a utility employee.

Requirements

Reliable and on time transportation to work and for various job site visits as needed.
Strong understanding of technology & experience with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office, etc.
Candidates should be reliable, trustworthy, self motivated, and have great communication skills.
Ready to learn, grow, and succeed within our company!
18+ years old.

Responsibilities

Manage the robotic operations on site - this position is responsible for operating 3 units at nearby buildings (easy walking distance)
Perform routine maintenance & inspections on cleaning robots.
Ensure any and all robotic operators are trained correctly & assist operators with troubleshooting as needed.
Report any issues with the cleaning robots, as well as any safety issues.
Work alongside the Regional Manager to learn & complete operational tasks.
Present a professional and positive attitude with clients, employees, and office personnel with direct contact, emails, text and phone calls.
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Be respectful of all B and B Maintenance and client owned property.
Grow with the company as a utility employee, wearing multiple hats.
