About The Position

We are seeking a Robotic Engineering Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robots and automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on robotics, PLC, electrical, and automation experience and can work effectively in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree/Journeyperson status in Maintenance Electrical, Robotics, or related field OR 5 years of industrial robotics or automation experience.
• Training or experience with: Industrial robotics
• Robot and PLC programming/troubleshooting
• Industrial electronics
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Basic tools
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial robots and automation equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot robots and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical instructions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Work with production, maintenance, engineering, suppliers, and management to resolve equipment issues.
• Complete maintenance reports and communicate technical information clearly.
• Support safe, reliable equipment operation and product quality.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
