About The Position
We are hiring RoboTaxi Test Drivers / Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support the testing and operation of next-generation self-driving vehicles in Miami, Florida. This position combines professional driving, vehicle testing, data collection, safety monitoring, and basic technical troubleshooting. Operators play a critical role in helping engineering teams improve autonomous driving systems by collecting real-world driving data and documenting vehicle performance. Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Strong defensive driving skills

- Ability to remain focused for extended periods
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, MVR review, and driving assessment
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Typing assessment required during the interview process

Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world traffic conditions
- Drive 4–8 hours per day while maintaining constant situational awareness
- Take vehicle control when necessary to ensure safe operation
- Conduct vehicle inspections and readiness checks
- Perform basic software operation and troubleshooting tasks
- Collect driving data and document vehicle performance
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams
- Support vehicle testing, logistics, and fleet operations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and testing procedures
