About The Position

Sets up and operates arc welding machine that welds together parts of fabricated metal products by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • One to three months related experience and/or training and stable work history.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to follow the work instructions in the operation of robot and production of metal parts.
  • Set up and run robotic parts for production of metal components.
  • Problem solving capabilities for parts production.
  • Ability to read prints and identify critical dimensions.
  • Detect and report defective material, incomplete operations or unusual conditions to proper supervision.
  • Ability to train new operators in the basic operation of the robots.
  • Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations, employee handbook to be included (housekeeping, rules etc).
  • Process sheets for the production of parts.
