About The Position

Seats Incorporated is seeking to fill a Robot Welder position on our first shift. Robot Welders operate machines that use mechanized programmable tools (Robots) to automate the welding process. No experience is required as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Constantly lift and/or move to up 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program robotic welding machines
• Set welding jigs according to specific setup instructions
• Occasionally grind or spot weld parts
• Quality check parts using checking devices and fixtures
• Read blueprints
• Read measuring devices
• Read and follow work instructions
• Must be willing to rotate to different work stations as production needs require.
• Computer literate.
