About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and programming robotic welding systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience with robotic welding systems (Fanuc preferred).
• Knowledge of MIG welding processes and welding parameters.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of robotic welding experience.
• Robot programming and teach pendant experience.
• Fabrication and fixture setup experience.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding cells to produce high-quality weldments.
• Set up, program, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment.
• Load and unload parts while maintaining production schedules.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on robotic welding equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Adjust welding parameters to optimize weld quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
