Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting robotic systems, automation equipment, and PLC programs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work safely around industrial manufacturing equipment

Nice To Haves

  • PLC programming and/or robotics experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems, automation equipment, and PLC programs.
  • Modify robot programming as needed and monitor cycle times.
  • Support equipment repairs, electrical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Replace mechanical components including bearings and reducers.
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Train and support operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Identify and implement equipment and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational requirements.
  • Provide off-shift support and perform other duties as assigned.
