About The Position
To ensure proper operation of multiple robots and multiple palletizers, scan production into inventory and maintain accurate tally sheets for inventory control and reconciliation. Provide break relief for forklift operators.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Requires good judgment and ability to work at a fast pace
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of being forklift licensed/certified
Responsibilities
- Sets up and assembles multiple palletizers for multiple production runs from various lines
- Sets up and configures multiple robots for multiple production runs from various lines
- Sets the number and pattern for each pallet and each order
- Quality inspection of each individual pallet before transfer to shipping
- Maintains operational sanitation
- Maintains documentation of production output.
- Operates RF Smart and JDE
- Demonstrate good transactional discipline and accurate scanning of production/cases produced
- Communicates and shifts handoff to oncoming operator
- Responsible for following all food safety policies, procedures and regulatory criteria including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and associated preventive controls
