About The Position
Welds materials using a variety of processes – primarily FCAW and GMAW. Loads and unloads parts in jigs for production robot. Performs general daily maintenance task checking welding equipment. Upkeep and clean work area as needed. Follow Company safety & security guidelines. Attendance & Punctuality are essential functions of this job. Operates forklift and other material handling equipment to move materials and manipulate workpiece.
Requirements
- Print Knowledgeable
- Handy with welder tools, grinder, tape measure, caliper etc.
- 2 years’ experience required
- Shop math
- Blueprint reading
- Previous experience
- Power Tool handling experience
- Use of barcode and computer equipment to record production operations
