About The Position

AIXCRYPTO EAI, INC. (DBA RoboShare) is seeking a RoboShare Operation Manager to join their Business Department. This role is responsible for delivering, setting up, operating, and safely returning rental robots for customer events such as trade shows, store openings, performances, and weddings. The Operation Manager will be the on-site representative, ensuring the robot functions correctly, guests remain safe, and RoboShare is represented professionally. This position also involves managing other Operators.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving a cargo van or box truck.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs (robots and cases).
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Comfortable with mobile apps and handheld remote controls.
  • Must be careful and rule-following; safety procedures must be followed exactly, with no unauthorized changes to the operating process.
  • Conversational English (must communicate with customers and guests on site).
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills (required for internal coordination and equipment documentation).
  • Must complete and pass the company’s two-day operator training and assessment (provided and paid by the company).

  • Experience in event production, trade shows, stage work, security, or equipment rental.
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting or maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, operate, and safely return rental robots for customer events.
  • Inspect assigned robots for battery level, preset motions, and remote control functionality before events.
  • Load robots and equipment into a vehicle, drive to the event site, and unload.
  • Set up the display area, including locating power, placing safety barriers, and positioning robots.
  • Operate robots by remote control using preset, pre-approved motions.
  • Remain with the robot at all times while it is powered on; robots are never left unattended.
  • Manage the crowd, keeping guests at a safe distance and preventing unauthorized touching.
  • Swap and charge batteries during the event as needed.
  • Implement emergency stop procedures and report issues to the Operations Lead immediately if anything goes wrong.
  • Pack, load, and transport robots and equipment back after the event.
  • Complete the fulfillment record for the day, including site photos.
  • Manage other Operators.
