The primary purpose of the Roadside/Mobile Technician is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Roadside Technician will ensure client loyalty and satisfaction by providing clients with convenient and timely responses to requests for roadside assistance. This role involves performing light service on client vehicles as dispatched, adhering to manufacturer guidelines for warranty repairs, and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. The technician will communicate with a call center via radio and telephone, monitor local traffic to expedite responses, and track the mileage of roadside vehicles. Additionally, the technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of roadside vehicles, managing service truck parts inventory, and being available for after-hours service calls with an open work schedule. The role also includes performing diagnostic and documentation functions on the company computer system, advising customers on future service needs, and participating in training.
