Requirements

• Diesel repair experience (heavy-duty preferred)
• Good driving record (MVR) and insurable
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in roadside conditions

Nice To Haves

• Class A CDL preferred
• Roadside service and/or heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred
• Willing to train motivated candidates with mechanical background

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment in roadside and emergency situations.
• Responding promptly to service calls.
• Assessing mechanical issues.
• Performing on-site repairs such as electrical diagnostics, fuel system troubleshooting, brake repairs, and minor mechanical work.
• Operating service vehicles safely.
• Maintaining tools and equipment.
• Following all safety procedures.
• Communicating with dispatch and customers.
• Accurately documenting work performed.
• Working efficiently in various weather and roadside conditions, including emergency and after-hours situations.
