About The Position

Stay calm, solve fast, and get people moving again. At Fox Rent A Car, our Roadside Assistance Agents are the lifeline for customers when things go sideways on the road. You'll handle inbound calls, think on your feet, and deliver the kind of calm, expert help that turns a stressful situation into a great brand experience. Your Primary Focus Is To Provide top-notch customer service and assistance to callers experiencing difficulties with their vehicles Determine a preliminary course of action based on the information presented by the customer Think creatively and independently while facilitating problem resolution Display the highest degree of courtesy, clarity, and professionalism to resolve customer issues and achieve a one-call resolution Troubleshoot and guide customers through vehicle issues to get them back on the road quickly and safely Convey accurate information about the company, whether in person, by phone, email, fax, or other communication devices Effectively explain vehicle features to customers and co-workers with a wide range of knowledge Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in an inbound call center and automotive-related business is a solid plus
  • Intermediate typing and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Must be available to work multiple schedules that include weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of comfort using computerized order processing systems
  • Proven ability to use solid reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with effective organization and follow-through skills
  • Flexible, able to multitask, and open to change
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under short time constraints

Responsibilities
