About The Position

Stone Systems is seeking a Brand Ambassador to generate countertop leads at Costco warehouses in the Greensboro, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, be comfortable initiating conversations, and possess a strong sense of dependability. Ambition, a desire to continuously improve, and a willingness to actively seek answers to customer questions are highly valued. This role requires reliable transportation to visit multiple store locations and an openness to working weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience as a promoter of products or services.
  • Background in sales, design, retail, or hospitality (1-2 years).
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of Apple products (iPhone/iPad).
  • Ability to quickly learn software.
  • Knowledge of countertops, cabinets, residential remodeling, or related industry experience.
  • Well-developed verbal & written communication skills.
  • Capacity to multitask.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to type professional emails in Outlook on a tablet.
  • Quick learner & high knowledge retention.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or more a day.
  • Must be open to working weekends.
  • Reliable transportation to visit stores is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Stone Systems and generate sales leads by promoting Cosentino products at Costco warehouses.
  • Conduct Roadshows in Costco warehouses according to a pre-arranged calendar, visiting different locations weekly.
  • Interact with customers at the roadshow table, employing various tactics to capture their interest and engage them in conversation.
  • Present Cosentino countertop products, answer customer questions, and collect their information to generate sales leads.
  • Set up, attend, and break down roadshows at Costco warehouses as per the schedule.
  • Generate qualified leads through customer interaction that can be converted into sales.
  • Enter leads into a lead tracking software, ensuring accurate contact information and noting customer product interests.
  • Follow up on entered leads weekly to determine if they have converted into appointments and resulted in sales.
  • Submit daily reports via tablet, summarizing the day's activities and accomplishments at the roadshow.
  • Engage with every customer who walks by the roadshow table.
  • Create a customized sales pitch to engage customers and initiate conversations.
  • Promote new colors and applications as they are launched.
  • Provide product knowledge to customers and answer their questions.
  • Build relationships with the management team at each warehouse and maintain an updated contact database.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Benefits

  • Full Time employment
  • Pay: $18-20 per hour
  • Set monthly vehicle allowance to cover travel & vehicle expenses.
  • Eligible for a bonus when a Lead is successfully converted into a Sales Appointment.
  • Eligible for a bonus when a Sales Appointment results in a closed Sale (up to $50 per customer).
