We’re hiring an experienced refuse technician to join our Service Team. Reporting to the Road Manager, this role offers hands-on technical development and the chance to build lasting relationships with both customers and your team.

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience, preferably with heavy equipment
A valid driver’s license
Flexibility and ability to travel to different work locations
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Sharp attention to detail
Confidence using computers (email, Excel, Word)
A high school diploma
A can-do mindset and tackles their work with enthusiasm and determination.
Commitment to excellence, the ability to learn quickly, and the drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

CDK experience preferred

Responsibilities

Handle pre-delivery, DOT inspections, hydraulic, pneumatic repairs, PTO and transfer case service, and advanced diagnostics using truck and body CANBUS systems.
Work on equipment including Witke, Labrie, Leach - solid waste collection and recycle.
