About The Position
Join Sunday River's team as a Road Maintenance Technician. This position maintains resort roads, parking lots, and walking paths during and after winter weather by plowing and sanding, helping keep guests and team members safe while traveling to ski or work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alone and in inclement weather conditions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- A CDL-B license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous plowing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment and vehicles for road and parking lot maintenance.
- Load trucks with sand and salt and spread materials in vehicle- and foot-traffic areas.
- Perform cleanup after storms to ensure resort-wide travel is functioning.
- Repair, ditch, and edge roads.
- Work days and nights when needed according to weather.
- Perform tasks safely on a daily and nightly basis.
