OSU Physicians Outpatient Clinics is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Lead LPNs, Registered Nurses (RNs), RN Triage, RN Care Coordinators, and Lead RNs to join their team. Requirements

  • Ohio LPN license, BLS certification, strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ohio LPN license, BLS certification, 2+ years LPN experience.
  • Ohio RN license, BLS certification.
  • Clinical leadership or preceptor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct outpatient patient care under provider direction.
  • Rooming patients, taking vitals, administering medications.
  • Assisting with procedures, coordinating labs, maintaining supplies/equipment.
  • Documenting in the EMR.
  • Ensures safe, compassionate, and efficient clinic operations.
  • Provides LPN patient care while supporting daily clinical operations.
  • Leads and mentors LPN staff, supports training and onboarding.
  • Assists with scheduling and workflow, addresses operational issues.
  • Partners with management to maintain high-quality patient care and team performance.
  • Provides direct outpatient nursing care under provider direction.
  • Patient assessment and triage, medication administration, care coordination.
  • Lab and diagnostic support, patient education, and documentation in the EMR.
  • Supports patient flow, quality care, and care coordination for routine and complex patients.
  • Provides RN patient care while supporting daily clinic operations.
  • Leads and mentors nursing staff, assists with workflow, scheduling, training, and problem-solving.
  • Partners with leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care and strong team performance.
