This role is responsible for originating, negotiating, and executing third‑party CNG fleet dispensing opportunities to expand WM’s external RNG commercialization footprint. Working closely with the commercial organization, the position identifies high‑value fleet partners, structures RNG offtake and dispensing agreements, and optimizes monetization of associated environmental commodities (RINs, LCFS, RNG, etc.). The successful candidate will blend strategic market development with hands‑on deal execution, serving as a key contributor to WM’s differentiated gas strategy. This includes leading external fleet engagement, evaluating regulatory and market shifts, and driving internal alignment across Fleet, ERM, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. The role requires independent thought leadership, strong negotiation capability, and the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable commercial opportunities.
